Camphor

Camphor has a wide variety of use due to its antibacterial, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory properties. It is used to treat skin conditions, relieves respiratory function, and alleviate pain.

Usage: Use 4- 8 drops in a diffuser. It can be used by itself or mixed with compatible oils such as lavender, cypress, and ylang-ylang. Bath 8-10 drops. Body massage, mix 3-5 drops in 15ml carrier oil.

Cedarwood

Cedarwood has a sharp woodsy smell that will remind you of the healing power of nature. It is an effective decongestant and antiseptic, making it powerful against bronchial infections and other congestive issues. It also works in relieving mental strain caused by stress-related problems. Usage: Use 4- 8 drops in a diffuser. It can be used by itself or paired with oils such as lemon or rosemary. Bath 8-10 drops. Body massage, mix 3-5 drops in 15ml carrier oil.

Cinnamon

Cinnamon has a unique spicy fragrance that is reminiscent of autumn. It has stimulant properties that aid in increasing one’s energy and speeding up the operation of the respiratory, glandular, and circulatory systems for optimum health. Usage: Use 4- 8 drops in a diffuser. It can be used by itself or mixed with oils such as ylang-ylang and lavender. Bath 8-10 drops. Body massage, mix 3-5 drops in 15ml carrier oil.

         

Clove

Clove has a distinct spicy smell and is very well known for its warming effects. it works well against bacteria strains that cause urinary and skin infections, and also aids in treating respiratory infections such as pneumonia. Usage: Use 4- 8 drops in a diffuser. Bath 8-10 drops. Body massage, mix 3-5 drops in 15ml carrier oil.
